From my experience, electrode pads usually last around 20–30 uses before losing stickiness or effectiveness. Some premium brands held up longer, while cheaper ones tended to wear out faster. I found that cleaning the skin before each session and storing pads on the plastic sheet helped extend their life. Avoiding lotions or oils also made a difference. In the middle of my research, I came across tensmachines , which emphasized proper care as key to durability. With those tips, I managed to get more consistent performance and fewer replacements overall.
