Screens and evening habits

Lately I’ve been wondering how people choose what to watch when they want to relax in the evening. Some of my friends say they just put on random clips, while others carefully pick something slow and calming. Do you also have a “go-to” type of video when you need to completely disconnect after a stressful day? I noticed that my own choice changes depending on how tired I am—sometimes I want silence with soft visuals, sometimes just gentle background movement. It’s interesting how something so simple can influence mood so much.

I’ve been experimenting with different ways to relax after work, and honestly, calming video content has become part of my daily routine. There’s something really effective about slowing down your input and just letting your mind rest instead of constantly switching between apps and messages. Recently I even started exploring platforms and collections like

which made it easier to find simple, soothing material without overthinking it. I think more people underestimate how helpful these small habits are.
