When playing becomes a habit
I’ve been wondering about something — at what point does playing stop being just fun and turn into a habit? Sometimes I catch myself opening the same thing without even thinking, almost automatically. It’s not that I don’t enjoy it, but the feeling is different compared to when I first started. Do you think habits make the experience weaker, or do they actually make it more comfortable?

I recently read an article
about why people enjoy playing, and it touched on this idea in a really interesting way. It said that habits aren’t necessarily bad — they can actually make things feel more natural and relaxing. That made sense to me, because when something becomes familiar, you don’t have to think as much, you just enjoy the process.
